SPA9XX Keep Alive Setting

NOTE: If your phone has been previously auto-provisioned you will not have access the admin section of the phone's web configuration page.


1. With your phone powered on, press the Setup button (located on the right with a folded page icon), scroll to Network and press Select. Write down your current IP.


2. Open a web browser on any computer on the same network and type in the phones IP address.


3. Select Admin Login on the top right.


4. Select the Ext button tab you have configured with the VoIP account.


5. Set the NAT Keep Alive Enable option to Yes.


6. Scroll down and click Submit All Changes
